Seems to know when my sale of the CRV was. Did not know I had new tires put on when I bought the CRV AWD!
I also thought I would have a warranty on the tires but he indicated no warranty on tires!
Guess with a screw in my tire I need 2 new tires! So sad since new tires 9 months ago!

Cale was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the 2010 Honda Element that I brought in for a pre-purchase inspection. I was very pleased and impressed with his familiarity with issues that an older Element might have and the inspection he did and advisement he provided. I called the other dealership in town before I found your dealership, Fox Honda, and was very unimpressed with the poor knowledge base and not particularly friendly treatment. So Cale was a real breath of fresh air but honestly even without Fox service to compare him too, he still stands out as providing one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I would definitely come to this dealership again and would certainly ask for Cale if it was for service.

From start to finish, my recall repair was very easy and straightforward. Much attention to detail was made in the layout of Serra Honda. Drive in “triage” for service had clear signage and the staff was right there to provide further direction. The lobby space/waiting area was welcoming and provided chairs for lounging and tables for working. Camden was professional and efficient; explained everything clearly.
