I came back at the request of Dwayne. I was in a couple of weeks ago for a tire rotation; asked to have my wiper fluid filled as well. Dwayne said of course they will check all the fluid levels. A couple of days later I went to clean my windshield and no fluid. That night, raised the hood to fill, cap is off. That led me and my husband down the rabbit hole of checking everything that was checked as being done that day. This led to Dwayne asking me to bring in my car as he was going to bring management, we were going to go over the car together and he was going to make it right. He was made the excuse that it wasn’t done because it wasn’t in for an oil change; complete change from phone call. He was going to charge me for an oil change, air filter etc. My car isn’t due for an oil change. I called him in first place out of concern that things were being marked as checked and having not been done. I did not ask for him to do anything. I want to be able to trust that you all are working to protect the mechanical integrity of my car.

Service today was replacing the rear window after a failed recall test. That was fine and working with Dwain has been positive. This visit I also had them check the heater as it mysteriously stopped working immediately after an oil change on 9/26. (This is the 2nd time something has gone wrong after I brought it in for an oil change). The mechanic found nothing wrong with the heater, so now I will just go without heat heading into winter in Michigan. I’ve been running the heat in my HRV with NO problem for the last 2 years but now suddenly, the heat doesn’t work because I’m doing something wrong despite the fact that I am doing NOTHING differently that I have the last 2 years. Super disappointed. Also worried about what’s going to stop working the next time I bring my car in for an oil change?!? I’m starting to regret choosing a Honda and not sure if this will be my first AND last Honda. Dwain has been great, but my recent experience with Honda overall has not been good.
