Everything was great

I originally brought my car in to a hitch Installed on our car. Unfortunately, the work done on our car left the cut in the plastic, very uneven and visibly noticeable. The team said that they would fix things and said they ordered parts and will let me know when they were in so that I could have the part replaced a few weeks went by and I had not heard anything from the team so I called to see what the status was. I was told the part was in and then I could schedule an appointment. The following week I came in for my appointment and gave my keys over to the team. They told me it was going to take an hour. About an hour later, I was told that the service was done and that they had ordered the wrong part. The part that was needed was on back order and it would take quite some time before it could be back into the shop to get installed. I feel like not only was the original job not done to standards, but also my time was wasted coming in for a second appointment that led to the wrong part being ordered. I thought everyone was very nice and friendly and I think they were doing the best they could. However, I feel that the service that was provided was not to standards that should be At your location. I am disappointed in my experience.

Very personable and kind. Even wished me luck with my dogs which was really nice and told me about a recall that I didn’t even know about for my passport! Good service!

Dwain was thoroughly professional this morning and very thorough in explaining everything that was done. It’s what I’ve come to expect from Serra Honda!

The work was done as Cale had projected. After the car's sensors were recalibrated,he sat in the passenger seat and showed me how to change settings Thanks for the extra guidance!

Connor was so professional and kind. He did not treat me as a female who doesn’t know anything, but gave me the same respect and courtesy as the men. I was dreading having to bring the car into the shop because of past experiences with know it all service techs, but this time was different and I really appreciate that level of kindness and service. Thank you, Connor! I won’t think twice about bringing the car back again when needed.

Davin was super helpful and accommodating as I navigated my first outing with my newborn. He even brought the vehicle closer so I didn’t have to walk with my baby and car seat. I always have great service but he went above and beyond!

The service was completed before the expected time. Conner notified me immediately and sent invoice so I could pay before picking up - so no delays. He patiently answered questions I had on this vehicle and my new one. He did a great job. Thanks Conner!
