I originally brought my car in to a hitch Installed on our car. Unfortunately, the work done on our car left the cut in the plastic, very uneven and visibly noticeable. The team said that they would fix things and said they ordered parts and will let me know when they were in so that I could have the part replaced a few weeks went by and I had not heard anything from the team so I called to see what the status was. I was told the part was in and then I could schedule an appointment. The following week I came in for my appointment and gave my keys over to the team. They told me it was going to take an hour. About an hour later, I was told that the service was done and that they had ordered the wrong part. The part that was needed was on back order and it would take quite some time before it could be back into the shop to get installed. I feel like not only was the original job not done to standards, but also my time was wasted coming in for a second appointment that led to the wrong part being ordered. I thought everyone was very nice and friendly and I think they were doing the best they could. However, I feel that the service that was provided was not to standards that should be At your location. I am disappointed in my experience.
