A week ago, I had a dashboard light indicating “Tighten fuel cap.” I did it several times, and light remained over weekend. Monday morning I stopped in Christian Bros because I was unsure if I should drive far. They fixed light for $170, and said I had failing rear shocks and struts.
I left and called Dwain. It seemed odd since Serra just did 60k mile service, and noted nothing on shocks or struts. Dwain agreed it was fishy, and set an appointment. Today he tested car, and as he predicted, it was fine. No charge!
Dwain ALWAYS has the knowledge and customer in mind. I will never try the convenient choice again before talking with Dwain. Thank you Dwain, and the entire Serra team!
