This was my first experience there at Serra Honda for the service department. My sales gal Hannah said Phil will take good care of me. She was right! Phil confirmed what I was in there for and getting done.. he said it would take 1 1/2hrs to complete the service. They were done in 1hr 10 minutes! I was very happy with the whole experience and working with Phil!! I will be back in the future!
