Great job by Conner. Thank-you for helping get my vehicle through repair & insurance claim process. My 2023 Passport was involved in minor accident where rt frnt wheel slid sideways on icy road into a curb & caused fairly significant damage to wheel & rt frnt suspension. Conner made sure vehicle immediately went through thorough inspection & detailed description of repairs was prepared for insurance. He coordinated process of insurance claim, parts orders, and repair. And kept me well informed of all.

The only issue I had was with the shuttle driver. We were chatting and the short version is: I told him my husband of a heart attack in December of 2021. I told him it was caused my scar tissue in a stent he had put in 20 years ago. He proceeds to tell me it was because he got the Covid vaccine. I told him I was a Registered Nurse and I believed in vaccines. He proceeded to tell me how bad they are and I NEED to read the data. He feels sorry for doctors and nurses. I told him to stop talking, but he didn’t. He had to press the point and be right.
He can believe whatever, but he should have stopped talking. It was very rude, inappropriate and insensitive.
