Cam refused to simply sit with me in my car and diagnose a noise I am having. He told me he checked it out and everything was fine. I then asked Dwayne to help me after my oil change was completed, and Dwayne was great and came outside and indeed confirmed I am having an issue with something that has to do with the air circulation making a strange noise when engaged. It's fairly simple to just help a customer and address their concerns, but apparently Cam just felt it was easier to tell me nothing was wrong. Not what I would expect from ANY Honda dealer.
