The part for which I was scheduled for service was NOT correctly ordered. Now I am rescheduled for another day. I have over an 100-mile drive to-from the service center!
I think Conner tried to address the mix-up the best he is allowed, but no one else from the department/center reached out to me or offered to replace the mix-up appropriately!!!
