Phil is amazingly competent. He has made the effort to understand and provide services that reflect my desires for service with my two Honda Odysseys. When I’m in, he takes the initiative to check recalls, advise for upcoming mileage maintenance, etc.. This latest effort involved work under warranty coverage, and I appreciate the extra paperwork that he had to complete. Thanks Phil!
