Tech found a nail in my tire while normal service but your staff could not repair tire (normally 10-20 minute repair) while I was there. I wasn’t informed about issue until after my car was pulled out and parked at service bay. Then, I wasn’t informed informed have to wait 3 hrs for the repair to be complete. This makes no sense and I wasn’t informed informed extremely disappointed by your team.
