My experience with Honda has been amazing since I purchased the car in August. I went to Saratoga Honda for them to check my tire that was changed the
day before as it was flat. I didn’t have my card so they didn’t know what my warranty. Was. They said no problem and called Keeler Honda where I purchased the car and talked to Joe Nolette who did my financing. He told them I had full coverage, which was great as I needed a new tire. Saratoga Honda had me out in about 1 1/2. I would definitely recommend both places to anyone looking to purchase or need service on a Honda!

I would like to add that Tim was extremely responsive to my issue. My brand new Crv got a door ding 2 weeks after I took delivery so I was not happy. Although some of it was lucky timing the bottom line is I called service(Tim) at 9:30 explaining my issue and my repair was done 3 hours later because he was able to coordinate with your body shop contractor who happened to be available to do the repair right away. Suffice it to say that was excellent service.
