I didn't receive a call or any consultation about the status of my car at all during the appointment I attended. He tired to do work without consultation and ended up making me wait three and a half hours for the work to not be done, due to insignificant funds on my end. He was polite about the situation but I did not appreciate the waiting time in the cold because nobody told me to plan ahead to just drop off the car.

Good service but disappointed that my new vehicle needed a new rear axle. After
I found the leak I could not check the fluid ( no stick like the old days) so I made an appointment for it to be checked and I am concerned that there may have been damage done to the transmission. It has been defective since I purchased the vehicle. Not the fault of the dealership it was a factory mistake but it was leaking from day one although not that noticeable until the weather got better. Fast service on part of the dealership especially during the virus shut downs.
