Unrelated to Cam, some overall observations:
When your staff put the arrival tag number in the car, they should not bring their face in close to the passenger in the car. Distance at all time is important particularly when talking.
Also, we dropped off a family member’s car for service at another dealer in Glens Falls and their drop off and payment process was completely non contact and they put a cover on the steering wheel and floor mat.
Just some suggestions as you look to optimize your services.
We will return though because overall it was a great experience.

It was very good except for the length of time it took. Wish it was quicker as I recently had hip replacement so wasn’t very comfortable sitting there for an hour and a half for an inspection and check tire. Everyone were very pleasant and nice to deal with.
