1. I called about the 15% coupon my son forgot. The man I spoke to, said he would note it in the computer. My son was charged full price.
2. Apparently your battery testing did something to the monitoring system therefore you could not complete the inspection yet charged my son for the inspection.

I got my ignition key replaced. When I drove off with a new keys, the old keys that locked the passenger side door and driver side door or not included. I had to circle back to get those keys. Attention to detail?
