Tony Fears was there for me once again! I hadn’t used my windshield wipers for a while since we haven’t had rain and so when I needed to use them they were bad. I called Tony and asked if he could help and of course he said yes! I was in and out in a few minutes and even caught a special!Great job as usual!

Maybe manufacture better reliable cars. This vehicle has caused headaches since i purchased it. Few years ago your staff was very rude and unempathetic and making unnecessary statements and comments; when i took it in for a recall and check ingine light to a 2013 brand new off the lot altima. I'm in the market for a new car, but purchasing another new nissan is not something I'm contemplating. This lemon was purchased in mission hills, customer service in Downey is pathetic, rude, ambiguous, and unprofessional. Cerritos pays and service(only) seems they've improved so keep up the good work. Christian, thank you so much for your professionalism, knowledge, and customer service skills. These are not tirades

I purchased this car for my daughter from you less than a year ago and have had numerous problems and reasons to bring this car in for service. Lately it had been failing to start and out if fear it would stall st a dangerous time, I requested it be checked, not only was I told there was a $136 charge I was given SARCASM. With the numerous times we've had to take the time to bring this car in, I didn't appreciate this lack of customer service or compassion.
