Tony is why I keep coming back to for service, always a pro. Today, his coworker jumped in and handled my checkout while Tony was with another customer, didn't get his name but I was driving off within 15 mins. Awesome.
I was horribly disappointed, however, to receive a call from the sales department this evening trying to talk me into trading in my Xterra and getting a new car. I don't appreciate unsolicited sales calls, and I've expressed this to employees of your dealership previously and have been told my name would be removed from the call list.
It's a shame that your overly aggressive sales group casts such an ugly shadow over Tony and the rest of the service department personnel.

I was a rather dissatisfied customer with the fact that I took my car in on Tuesday and on Wednesday Luis contacted me to let me know they needed one more day to know what the problem was exactly. I heard nothing on Thursday, I text him & got no reply, therefore I called & found out he was off that day that is why I received no reply. I was helped by Mike **** who told me some things were being done to the car & he was not sure when it would be ready. So I decided to go & get the rental at around 1pm & had to go rent the car from enterprise because there were no more cars, which Luis had assured me he would leave it reserved for when I decided to go rent it. I left enterprise around 2pm only to receive a call at 5pm that my car was ready and I could pick it up before 7pm. I felt very upset because I took an Uber over there to get the rental then a few hours later I was told to drive back. It was a waste to get the rental when my car was going to be ready in a few hours which I understand was impossible for you to know but nonetheless I felt there should’ve been better communication between the mechanics and the service department.
