Very unprofessional. I do not know much about cars and when I asked, he would respond in a rude way. I never got a call telling me my car was ready. He called me to give me information and I declined it getting repaired. It seemed to me that he got bothered that I did not want to get my car fixed there at the moment.

While finding a transmission problem was appreciated, the recommendations of a transmission fluid replacement seemed old news since the transmission was repaired...Not needing a fluid change, but Brian spent the time talking about it...Also, when picking up the van, a rubber guard was hanging down from the front bumper area (needed a clip to hold it up), and my windshield has 2 new, very deep (almost a crack), 14” long scratches from your Nissan Dealer...Manager Peter took pictures and will get back to me after the holidays...

I waited 2 hours and they didn't do the work. I was told it'll be an hour and fifteen minutes. After 2 hours I had to go. I wasn't going to wait another 2 hours to have a headlight put in. My car is a 2018. How do I need a headlight replacement in the first place? I'm extremely dissatisfied
