Mike was incredibly helpful and detailed with the service and to help understand the on-going issues.
My only complaint is it took 3 hours for a simple oil change on a Thursday afternoon (non-weekend), but maybe they were backed up with cars. I waited in the main lobby for the first 2 hours expecting it to be done in an hour and a half (my estimate given). I would have left and came back if I knew it would take double that time.

Service men was nice but not very friendly. Too many appointments seemed to be booked at once. Lack of communication from salesmen. Service took 5 hours. I dont mind that. I message would be of been nice. Took forever to pay for my car. One nice gentleman helped me because my servicemen had too many customers.

With mileage at 7,516, my service representative suggested that I get a new in-cabin microfilter. I agreed to have it replaced. I later discovered from the Nissan service schedule that the filter doesn't need replacement until 15,000 miles.
