Eric has always been the most trusted service worker at Cerritos nissan for me since I've been bringing my car there. He worked his hardest to make sure I got what was needed and I appreciate him for it. He deserves an employee of the year for his department!

Still have my car in the shop, because I as am not satisfied with the performance of my transmission, and Nissan does not seem to want to honor their warranty. It is not Eric's fault, or any of the mechanics, that Nissan engineered a piece of junk, and is willing to stick it to their customers. Nissan keeps this up. They will never have repeat customers.

The only problem I had was about coupon I submitted. Please in future make sure was are the restrictions. The coupon was for oil change for my 2017 Rogue and no were it said that oil is conventional. My Rogue takes only synthetic oil and I had a hard time convincing service manager.
