These guys are crooks! Do not take your car here for any kind of service! I took my car in for a standard oil change, everything was fine with my car before i took it in. I called them and asked them how much a standard oil change would be and the lady on the phone told me $39. When i took my car in they charged me $80 and when i brought up the price that i received on the phone, they told me it had to be $80 to top off all the fluids. So i went through with it. Once i received my car, i drove it home and there was no problem, after returning home, i put my car in reverse and it was making a horrible noise on the front side, so i called Cerritos Nissan back and told them about the sound, they told me to bring it in, i took it in and they were charging me $130 just to look at it! I had never heard that sound coming from my car before taking it here. I will never return here and i encourage people to go to a different location. The Alhambra Nissan, where i bought my car never gave me a problem and the first time i bring it here, this fiasco happens.

I have been here several times voicing concerns that the advice they were giving me was going to cause permanent engine damage. I was told this visit would be the visit that would give me a definitive answer and they had no answer for me.
I brought the truck in with no warning lights, full of coolant, and no obvious abnormalities while driving it. It was given back to me two days later with smoke billowing out of the exhaust, a lit check engine light, and no coolant. Thankfully I checked the coolant level before I left, they had to take it back in a day fill it so I could drive the truck home.
My worst fear and concern that I had been voicing came true. Cerritos Nissan destroyed my two year old truck
