1. Car was in the shop for 24 hours and service advisor didn’t contact me to let me know what the issue was with car until I called.
2. I was told car was ready for pick up at 2. I arrived at 2:30 and it was still not ready for pick up and was asked if I could wait another 1/2 hour, which I couldn’t.
3. I had already arranged schedule for pick up on Friday but when it was not ready I had to wait until Saturday to pick it up.
