Jacob took exceptional notes on what my problems I was experiencing with my vehicle which lead to a speedy fix. Gave me suggestions on what services I needed for the future. So I decided to give him the okay to proceed and do the jobs because of the way he followed up with me. He was able to keep me informed of what was going on.
