Brian is the nicest man. He is very professional, very courteous, friendly & if he tells you a timeframe for doing the repair/work, you pretty much can depend on it being done as scheduled. When my Town & Country Stopped working due to the transmission I was already expecting to just let my Van go for I knew I didn't have the money to pay for a new transmission I was worried upset sad nervous thinking what am I gonna do now without my Van having to go to work,doctor appointments everyday living things I do with my van I had my van towed to my home I thought this was it know transportation So I made a call to Nissan I ask for service I told them I had trouble with my Van Someone from the service department gave me the number to call and see if I had a warranty on my van I didn't know what to do I called in and that's when Tony answered my call I told Tony a little bit about the problem with my van he told me to take it to chrysler and he'll do the paperwork To do a claim for me which I didn't know what that was so I had my Van towed to Chrysler I ask one of the persons at customer service I bring my Van to be serviced I told him that Tony sent me and he told me that he doesn't like working with Nissan because they get everything mixed up he thought I was gonna pay for the transmission but I told him I'm supposed to bring my Van in to see if I had any warranty he said he checked with the vin number and there was no warranty and I also told him Tony told me to bring it in I do have a warranty that tony was going to do a claim for me the man i was talking to at Chrysler which was very rude I guess he got upset because he wanted me to pay for The transmission and a deductible of $129 he got angry cause I told him I was told by tony to bring my van in and that I didn't have to tell tony anything so as I got done with this rude person I was just going to go home but I told my daughter I'm not going home yet let's go talk to tony I we did I bought my Van from Nissan but it's a Chrysler so they would have to fix it there I don't like Chrysler I don't like their service I don't like their attitude there's nothing that I like about chrysler but my Van I guess he was upset because he thought he was going to get money from me but anyways You all are the best and as of tony he was Very very helpful for that I didn't know what to do he explained to me and help me out Tony made me feel like I was a loyal customer he even had the deductible waived not like Chrysler It was more like here comes a customer get their money and send them off but anyways I just want to thank tony for all the help for keeping me up to date on my van i love Nissan I just wish my van was with Nissan not chrysler once again thank you tony and thank you Nissan much love ARLENE RODRIGUEZ
