On 10/14, Carlos Fuentes was timely and explained everything carefully. He shared information on car rentals. I found him very helpful!!
I returned to pick up my car on 10/15 and the experience was very different. Carlos had the day off and when I entered the service area, no one greeted me. Not even the two men to the left of me that had no customers. After waiting for someone to address me, I decided to go to the cashier for help. There was no ine there and I waited several minutes.
An employee answered my request for the cashier and when she arrived, she told me I had to got back to the front. I returned and did not wait to be addressed, I asked one of the men to help. He found the paper work and called for my car, fifteen minutes later, I returned to the front and asked for my car again and it came. The entire visit was over 30 minutes for me to collect my car, unbelievably POOR service!!!!!!!

Carlos was very professional from the moment I arrived till the time I left. I originally came in for juat an oil change and tire rotation but the mechanic discovered an issue that needed to be repaired so it was going to take the entire day to complete so Carlos arranged to have a Uber drive me home and pick me up once my car was ready.
