I got there like around 3pm and I told them I needed an oil change and what was wrong with my car regarding some spring that came off my back seat also the carpet from the car is coming off. All my service guy can say is that they had no one that can diagnose my car to see if they can fix it because they were too busy. So I offer to leave my car and for them to do what needed to be done and he said he couldnt give me a rental. Im driving back home with a spring wire that came off my back seat from the driver side which could be dangerous if i were to get into a car accident because this a car manifacture that was not instal correctly. To top it of when I got home I check the front hood and there was oil stains all over my engine.I payed to get an oil change and for you guys to do a messy job.

Second time my Truck gets damage when it’s keep overnight at this location.
First time they broke my door handles., and the person in charge had the audacity to just tell me that his mecani a had nothing to do in the back!!! This time they stole my radio antena which was a gift from my Son who brought it to me from Irak when deployed.
I am very disappointed on how these situations got “handle” by the person in charge.
