He answers all my questions patiently, honestly an accurately and makes sure that I understand completely the matter for which I came in and all that pertains to my vehicle repair. Eric is attentive to detail and my general Nissan experience at Cerritos is highly pleasant. The manager must be doing something right because everyone is warm, honest and professional consistently. Even when I first called to make an appointment, the receptionists are pleasant with there cheerful greetings. This is why I'm glad I purchased a Nissan !
