although not their fault when they contacted us that our car was ready and problem resolved. however, upon checking if the rear door automatically would open with key or button on acceptance of vehicle, the problem was not actually resolved and due diligence to verify if the possible needed parts is covered by warranty not done while assessment was ongoing (it was part of initial conversation on check in)
