Honestly, i understand that I went to a dealership and the reputation a dealer has isn't the greatest. But i really was hoping your "experts" would at least have the courtesy of, especially in these trying times, trying to actually help rebuild a better relationship with the customer base. However i see that the business ran here is still the same as the reputation, all about duping people into paying ridiculous amounts of money for manufacturing issues of your products. Sad to see. Unresolved issue.
