Always come to KG for the works Maintenance package. Been doing so since I got the car in 2014.
Always treated my car well, people who I can trust, and always been an easy process to take care of my car.
No hate on ford Encinitas but I like Carlsbad more. Part of their issue is that their a smaller lot and they don’t have room to offer rentals when needed. I also feel like they are too busy for me. Carlsbad gets busy too, but they make time for me.

Joseph has always done a great job of being my service manager.
Before I left I couldn’t get the lower levels of air to
Work but it was due to my impatience and forgetting
I have a black car. I asked Joseph about it and he immediately said

I left and once the car cooled down a little I could feel the cool
Air coming through the vents.
