Joseph is and always has been the best service guy I have ever had in forty years of owning cars. He is so good I still take a ten year old vehicle to the dealership for service.

My is car is working now, it does make a sound while in reverse.
The drivers side door was filthy and the color black. I had to clean it with a Lysol cloth. There were black marks on my headliner that were not there before taking my car in for service .
I’ve had my car serviced there before and never had this issue before.
Joseph was great at keeping me updated in the stay as if my car and did the best he could considering my car was not giving codes.

They kept getting my name wrong, even though I corrected them several times. Also the time it takes to be seen here is ridiculous and should be advertised to the customer beforehand. My car was here for 2.5 hours and didn't get looked at.
