The passenger front seat is not working I can’t pull it to the back. It wasn’t like that before I take it today. I am so mad that they don’t even let me know.

First time I visited this dealer ford as I just moved to Carlsbad and first time I had to visit Ford for my new Expedition Max.
Joseph have been really good since the very first time I came to make my appointment to the time I took my car back after the warranty repair.
We found a scratch on the right of the vehicle when I took it back and we couldn’t figure out if it happened during the work on the vehicle.
Joseph immediately told me that I don’t have to worry about it and that he would take care of it when I will come to change oil next time.
I am really happy to see that I have a good company to take care of my Ford. This is making me confident to buy another Ford shortly as we will need an extra car.
