I did not know that the service department closed at 3 on Saturday. They did not tell me this when they called to say that it was ready. When I arrived at 3:30, no one from the service department was there and they didn’t leave my keys with anyone in the dealership. It took the manager multiple phone calls and about 45 mins to locate my keys so I could finally go home. No complimentary vacuum was done and the car wasn’t washed either, though it was raining off and on. The manager was apologetic and offered a detail in the future which I appreciate but this was the worst service I’ve had in 7 years of Volvo ownership.
