Timothy met me at the door upon my arrival, was friendly, helpful and courteous. I am 8 months pregnant and when I came to retrieve my car, he not only moved my loaner car closer to allow me to shift my stuff back to my car but he actually loaded my stuff for me. You do not see service and just this general human factor in many customer interactions. It goes a long way and I had a great experience. I’ll be telling everyone I know.
