Tim was awesome!! There are not many folks that wpuld go out of their way for customer service but Tim he was the pinnacle. He kept me abreast of my vehicle every waking moment and I had no fear of leaving my car with him because I knew he would take good care of things that needed to get done. Tim also suggested a few things that i should get done that I was unaware about as well, like my brakes. I might need to make another appointment but I know Tim will be the go to guy. Not to mention he was professional, knowledgable and courteous...and geniune. Its hard to find good people with qualities like that these days.
