The work was done well, but what sets Lindsay Volvo apart is Tim. Tim is courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and he treats his clients almost like family. First time I brought my Volvo to Lindsay, the car was not washed at all, This time is was quickly washed and my request to vacume the back was not done. As well, I have to now dig up coupon to return for credit on service . It would help to email service coupons as well as sending them by post so they can be more conveniently accessed.
After earlier service, the reminder sticker on windshield was incorrect, and this time there was none on windshield when I left. Thankfully I made notes of the service technicians’s recommendations before I left so as to avoid future confusion. I was disappointed to learn Lindsay only has records of my service going back one year with Beyer. Now I must go to Beyer dealership to try to secure past records on my car’s service history.

There was some confusion about why my car’s computer told me to call for service. My 30,000 mile service was done again today (initially it was done at 21,000 miles). I would up having to pay for an oil change. Explanation was fine. Still much better service than our previous Volvo service department.
