I am glad that the plugged up sunroof drain was cleared with an hours labor as discussed when making the appointment. However there were three things I was disappointed about. First, the car was not washed when I went to pick it up. Second the trim around the sunroof was not put back on all the way...about a 1/4 of the trim was still not on. Third, before I dropped off the car, I had lifted up the carpet in the passenger floor well because it was soaking wet. When I returned, the carpet was back down with the door sill trim back in place. However, the carpet in the foot well was still bunched up. There are two issues with this. If the tech thought the carpet should be laid backdown, they should have finished the job instead of leaving the carpet in the floor well bunched up. The second and more important issue is that the carpet should have been left up to air out. While the top of the carpet was dry the foam underneath was still soaking wet. I have now lifted up the carpet to have it dried out. If you had a customer in this situation who thought everything was fine with the carpet, it would be a recipe for lots of problems down the road with mold.

Tim was very professional, and I appreciated his attention to getting my car serviced. He answered all of my questions. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the terrible sound system and the type of music being played in the service waiting area. It was terribly annoying, and I moved to the new car dealership area to wait for my car to be serviced. Thank you.
