I will no longer take my vehicle to this dealership for service. The mechanic(s) integrity or/and competence is a MAJOR issue! They said they checked everything and gave me a green check on 3/8 except for recommendations. I come back a month later to get the "recommended" timing belt change, and now it seems I need a brake hose (critical) and A/C belt (critical). I'm not sure what is going on here but I no longer trust this dealership with my car. It is things like this that add to dealerships already infamous service reputation!

My second visit with surprisingly poor service. The first time, I dropped off my car for unscheduled maintenance and a snow storm hit the next day. Still no excuse for me having to call repeatedly to find out the status of repairs while paying out of my own pocket for a rental.
This time, I was impressed with service person at drop off and Eugene, the shuttle driver, is awesome. However, when I returned to pick up my car, a check engine light was on. How no one involved in the initial service or MOVING my car to be picked up never noticed, I will always wonder.
It may not be Lindsay's fault that the wring replacement part was delivered, adding another day to the service, but it was an added frustration.
