When we bring in a vehicle for an oil change and ask about a brake fluid flush and alignment, DO NOT JUST TELL ME THE 50K SERVICE IS $630. Just because that’s what you want to charge, that’s not what I asked for.
I guess it’s time to find another service dealership.

Marco went above and beyond to help me when I brought my car in for service. I am completely satisfied with the service he provided. He is very professional and friendly. Marco helped me with all my service issues and even reminded me that my car had to be inspected, as I had forgot. I have been coming to Volkswagen for years, and Marco is always my go-to guy. The service was fast and Marco always does everything he can to best accommodate me. I can’t say enough good things. 10/10 stars.
