Bill is incorrect. I was never told that only 1/2 my requested service was completed and the paperwork provided that shows what work was done was wrong. This complete visit was a mess up.
Extremely poor service from your entire team. Start to finish. I am still waiting on a call back. It is currently 1:05pm. Requested call at 10:55 am.
