Yes and no. I came in for a replacement car battery Kevin was great but service was not they installed the new battery big but they didn’t tighten connection on the positive side of battery. . So when had to tighten my self it’s a good thing I did check other wise guess what car wouldn’t start maybe I guess people should check over every time you bring your car I for service not good
