The service was just OK, but I am not going to ding the rep.
I think communication could be improved.
I waited 2 hours before they told me the detail person is not scheduled on Mondays. They detailed the car again, but there are still white speckles on the center console. I don't think anybody reviews work.
Nobody came to me with status of car, I always had to seek someone out, including when I first drove in service, nobody acknowledge me in any way.
Also, my vehicle was purchased as a certified vehicle, but I had to bring the CRV back since brakes did not sound good.
The rotors had to be resurfaced which should have been caught during certification in my opinion, maybe no test drive was completed.
In any case, the CRV was ready on the third day, so it ended OK.
