TJ and the other fellows in service were very nice . I made an appointment to pick up my all season mats and have some scratches buffed out as part of my sales contract. I was told my car should be done by end of day and I even got a text mid-day as a check in. I did not hear anything further, so I went to pick up my car at 5:15 pm. I turned in the loaner and— they could not find my car or paperwork. They search for about 20 minutes. I had an appointment to be at in Aurora, so another tech called TJ at home and we found out that the body shop would have to have someone else do the work the next day. They let me keep the loaner and I was able to pick up my car around lunch time . Honest mistake, but inconvenient. I have noticed some things that should have been checked as a Certified Honda car upon delivery ... for example, the cap was not on the washer fluid and fluid almost empty, so a bit dissapointed in the attention to detail overall.

The first person I dealt with pretty much ignored me and walked away with no reason. Another guy came over and helped me as I stood reading my Kindle since I had to stand there and wait. The second person, sorry, don't know his name, was nice and knew I was annoyed. The whole process was like an assembly line and had I been in for serious work I would wonder if a good job was done. A little respect, kindness and courtesy would go a long way.
