The service experience was very good from start to finish regarding the addressing of items that I had brought the car in as well as additional items identified during the review/analysis performed by the technician.
My one issue stems from the final billing.
I was provided with a 10% discount on the original invoice and paid accordingly. When I arrived home that afternoon in the mail I had received a coupon from Volvo for a 15% discount applicable on all services and repairs. When I called Matt to discuss he said that he could not apply any additional discount to the invoice since the invoice/service was now closed!
Not sure why something could not have been done nor why the dealership had no idea there was any such coupon available since I did ask that question at the original check in!
This coupon I had should have been something the dealership would have should have been aware of and even if not it should have been accepted when I reached out the next day.
