Jasmine was one of the most unhelpful people I’ve ever encountered. She was rude, condescending, absolutely refused to provide any explanation of any of my questions, did not properly keep us up-to-date. She seemed overwhelmed, she was rude to both myself and my wife in separate conversations on the phone, and your other service advisors witnessed how rude she was in person when I went to pick up my car. I questioned one of the charges, and all she kept telling me was it’s on my computer, this is what you owe, “find a way to pay for this if you want your car back.” And for the record, she was wrong, and the charge was incorrect, and was lowered. She never acknowledged this. She never apologized. She continued to argue with the other service advisor about lowering the charge. I did discuss this with assistant manager when I picked up my car, but if Jasmine were the only person working at Volvo McGrath, I would never come back to the dealership. It was that bad. She should not be treating customers, she should not have customer interactions, if she worked for me, I would fire her on the spot.

Very disappointed that no car wash was available. Claim that it was too cold outside to wash cars seems odd. Driving home past a local car wash business and they were washing cars with no problem.
Someone could have at least cleaned the windows and lights with a paper towel for safety reasons if not for customer accommodation.

You guys stuck my daughter with a car that had rusting and electric and window issues..
Had to trade in a few months after we bought it.
Never fixed her bad non working dash. Even tho you said you would...
Tried to give her 4k for a car I spent over 10k a few months back..
Other then that great job.
Failed at management leve.
I already swayed a few buyers from buying there.
I never will buy at mcgrath or recommended your company to anyone again.
I know that the original sales guy and the service team did good and tried.
Stop messaging me or emailing me.
Good luck... management chose to screw one family and they lose 10x more...

very bad communication about the cost of the work, they do not let us know the cost beforehand and it is very expensive...an oil change is 204 dollars
