He took the extra step to resubmit the paperwork to get my car fixed under warranty that the factory rep rejected. The factory rep still said no. It’s out of Marks hands. He did all he could do.
The McGrath Volvo dealership has always given me great service . The loaner car means so much. We really appreciate it.
Volvo is not convincing me to buy another Volvo when they will not stand behind their cars. I can be bad or good advertising for Volvo.
