In terms of the dealership, I am a bit disappointed in the car wash and its inability to clean my car to the level of my previous dealership…Lexus in Glenview. I also was quite disappointed in the cleanliness of my loaner car. It was so filthy, I used my own car wipes to clean up. Please adjust this or I will be buying my next Acura from another dealership.
