This was my first service visit since leasing my Acura, and similar to my initial experience, this one did not disappoint. I was able to schedule (and reschedule!) using the AcuraLink app, and upon arriving I was greeted quickly and in a very personable and friendly manner. I was told the service would take about an hour, and it happened to be just under an hour, which was very much appreciated! The complimentary wash and explanation of services was also very appreciated.
