Paul was fine. I’m more disappointed with the policy regarding the loaner vehicle. When I purchased the car that was pet of the McGrath difference. I intentionally scheduled a service at that time so I could take a vehicle and run errands. The abrupt description of the policy, “ we can’t give everyone a loaner, we’d run out” was a bit condescending. Needless to say, I’ll likely take my service business elsewhere.

I liked the personal care I received. The texts are helpful but should never take the place of human contacts. FYI Lexus almost exclusively uses texts with no human contact at their service department and it was a huge factor in deciding against buying a Lexus .
