I recently switched to Paul in service after a negative experience with the service department at McGrath. I found Paul to be much more attentive and straight-forward with me than my previous service provider. Paul gives great service!

My schedule was on time. Yhe service man explained everything clearly to me and also offered a courtesy transportation while my car was in service. My car was completed at the schedule and it was very nice that they gave a free car vacuum and wash. The waiting area was very nice with comfortable sofas and free hot coffee or tea. I brought my car for first finish on 4th day after buying new car for applying first finish. However, I felt like it was returned without performing any finishing services to it. The small layer of dust was still there, and fingerprints of my kids were on body around the doors. I’m not sure what kind of polishing service couldn’t remove dust (whole car) and fingerprints of my kids.
