My service advisor was so rushed. he said everything that needed to be said but didn't take the time to ensure things were taken care of. Ie. I was told that after i paid, my car would be ready to leave. I waited in the service bay, no car. Someone else asked why i was waiting. He should've waited until my car was there. Otherwise, knowledgeable and friendly.

Paul Tran was a pleasure to work with today. I am from Michigan and was going to be in the Chicago area for a couple of days. I had a remote starter put in my TLX this morning.
